XXXTENTACION: Robert Allen Agrees To Testify Against Co-Defendants In Rapper’s Murder Case

XXXTENTACION ‘s murder trial is back in the news after one of theco-defendants, Robert Allen, has accepted a plea deal and will swear for the state.

On Friday( August 12), Allen contended shamefaced, and although he could still admit a possible life judgment , he hopes the penalty will be lessened after he testifies against hisco-defendants, Michael Boatwright, Dedrick Williams and Trayvon Newsome.
“ Robert Allen entered a shamefaced plea, ” Allen’s attorney Jim Lewis told NBC 6 South Florida. “ He contended to a lower included offense of alternate- degree murder and thievery with a arm. ”

He added “Mr. Allen’s part in this, it was much lower than the other three. further of an accessory after the fact than really part of the planning. clearly, he noway got out of the auto, noway had a gun, noway shot anybody. ” Surveillance videotape from the incident showed Allen outside RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida, where X was shot and killed in an apparent thievery. Boatwright, Williams and Newsome are all facing first- degree murder charges for their alleged places in the murder of the rapper back in June 2018.
According to NBC 6 South Florida, Allen’s sentencing is listed for February 23 before Broward Circuit Judge Michael Usan.

As Uzi left the stage, his DJ launched into XXXTENTACION’s addict-favorite rout hit “ Look At Me!, ” which brought the crowd into a delirium. Shortly after XXXTentacion passed away, Lil Uzi Vert blazoned he’d be launching a foundation to support his family and child( who was future at the time).
