Halle Berry on investing in canned wine producer Bev

Bev a beverage startup self as being committed to breaking the glass with wine crafted for the can recently launched its Pride campaign in benefit of wayOUT a 501 3 nonprofit organization seeking to empower the LGBTQ+ community.

The summer launch coincided with the announcement that actress and director Halle Berry who makes a cameo in the campaign video is a new investor. Berry was the largest individual investor in Bevs Series A fundraising and led the strategic portion of the round.The Academy Award winner recently shared more with Fortune about her decision to invest in the company.The Bruised actress debuted a new hairstyle on social media yesterday posting two selfies showing off her vibrant purple curls. In the pics taken in what appears to be a greenery filled outdoor room the star wears an asymmetrical hair cut which is buzzed on one side and dyed black close to the scalp. The strands are curled and sport a nearly periwinkle shade.

I know I look like I am doing nothing but my hair is quite busy the Oscar winner captioned the pics.The star was first spotted out with her purple hair during a date night with her boyfriend Van Hunt last Thursday. In pics you can see here the pair attend a UFC boxing match where Berry wears a muted look that gives her bright new hair the spotlight. She paired black button front blouse with gray tie dye pants and layered gold necklaces.The Monsters Ball actress brought back her iconic short hair earlier this year. Her first style after her chop was a sharp platinum blonde pixie cut which she debuted while receiving the SeeHer Award at the 2022 Critics Choice Awards in March.The actress previously opened up to BAZAAR.com about her evolving relationship with social media saying that curating her Instagram and controlling her own narrative has been liberating.

I am just going to be me and theres power in that she said. You realize that when you do that people kind of just love you more for it. They want to see that you are as real as they are. They want to see that you love a good cocktail and that you love a good laugh and you can put on a sexy dress and feel yourself and you can take part in silly Internet challenges and you can read cool books. You are trying to help yourself and grow. I think it just connects me more to everybody and thats been beautiful.
